This residence was designed as a sophisticated interpretation of contemporary organic luxury, where rich natural materials and clean architectural lines come together to create a warm, elevated atmosphere. Inspired by the surrounding coastal landscape, the interiors balance modern refinement with a deep sense of comfort and tranquility.
A carefully curated palette of walnut wood, expressive natural stone, soft neutrals, and deep olive accents defines the project, creating a layered and timeless aesthetic. The dramatic veining of the marble surfaces becomes a central design feature throughout the residence, adding movement, texture, and sculptural elegance to the spaces.
Custom millwork, integrated lighting, and floor-to-ceiling glass panels create a seamless architectural rhythm that enhances both openness and intimacy. Organic forms in the furnishings soften the geometry of the interiors, while curated greenery and natural textures reinforce the connection between the indoor spaces and the oceanfront setting beyond.
